Six Ames includes select styles in high-quality cotton. The fabric is responsibly sourced and offers soft, breathable comfort throughout the day. Our cotton pieces are made to be worn again and again - either as stand-alone styles or layered under your Six Ames knitwear - combining everyday practicality with the delicate luxury that defines our collections.
Cotton is naturally soft and gentle on the skin, making it ideal for sensitive skin. Its breathable structure allows air to circulate, keeping the body cool and comfortable in any temperature. Unlike synthetic fabrics, cotton does not retain odours easily, allowing it to stay fresh wear after wear.
Care
We hope your cotton pieces will stay with you for many years. Over time, the fabric will soften and evolve, becoming uniquely yours. Caring for it gently helps preserve its natural quality and keep it part of your wardrobe for seasons to come.
All our cotton styles are washable, but we recommend washing as little as possible. Machine wash on a 30°C delicate wool program to protect the fibers.
Dry cotton flat or on a drying rack, ideally inside out and away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
Iron on a medium setting to remove creases and restore the garment’s natural structure. This helps the fibres relax and return to their original state.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Fold neatly or hang carefully to maintain shape and prevent creases.
