Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Please see the detailed information below.

All orders placed before 12pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the possibility of returning the item to us. We accept returned items within 14 days following the delivery of your order. You may try on the clothes at home, but the styles should be returned in the same condition as when received: unwashed, not used, and with the original tag attached.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use our withdrawal form here.

Please note that the withdrawal form is not a return portal and does not create a return label or initiate the physical return of your order. After submitting the form, please contact our customer service for instructions on how to return your item.

Returning your item

When returning an item, please fill out the return form included with your delivery and include it with your returned package.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. It's important that the package is being returned with a shipping company that delivers to business addresses, as we don't collect packages from parcel shops.

Returns should be sent to:
